Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. You'll have full access to all Pro features during this period with no commitment required.
How does billing work?
Billing is monthly. You'll be charged on the same date each month. Annual plans are available at a 20% discount.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and mobile money (Paystack, Flutterwave). Enterprise clients can request invoice-based billing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
What happens to my listings if I exceed my limit?
If you downgrade and have more listings than your new plan allows, you'll be prompted to select which listings to keep active. The rest will be saved as drafts and can be reactivated if you upgrade again.
How do property boosts work?
Boosts increase your listing's visibility by placing it higher in search results and on the homepage for 7 days. Each boost counts as one use from your monthly allocation.
Do unused boosts roll over?
No, boosts reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. We recommend using them strategically throughout the month for maximum impact.
What is the verified badge?
The verified badge appears on your profile and listings, indicating that your identity and credentials have been verified by Square Listings. This increases buyer trust and can lead to more inquiries.
